Synthetic or natural, what is the difference?


Whether natural or synthetic paints contain pigments for color, fillers, solvents, preservatives and driers for drying. All these substances are incorporated into a binder. In synthetic paints, the binder is from chemical products and solvents from hydrocarbons or alcohols. Nothing like the paintings is “natural”. They do not contain compounds from oil but vegetable oil and citrus extracts. Thus, it is the glue that helps to distinguish these two very different types of paints.
